The M/V John Calvin's home port is Homer making it a great option for servicing Kachemak Bay, Cook Inlet, the Alaska Peninsula and communities along the Gulf of Alaska. The workable deck dimensions are 74' x 22' and we get creative making sure to use every bit of space that we can to make things as efficient for our customers as possible. Check out our gallery to see the various freight we have moved and get in touch with us if you are having a hard time visualizing your freight on our boat.

Transloading

We will transload and stage all of your freight when it arrives in Homer. We have access to various equipment to suit whatever offloading and loading needs that come about. If we are underway on another job when freight arrives, we will have means for transloading for our customers.
